Clean Community is one app with three service lines underneath it: Fresh Environmental Services (trash and recycling), Compost Clubhouse (food waste), and the Clean Community Resource Hubs where material is weighed, graded, and sent on.
Resident
Property manager
Operator
All three ways to get a login, shown as phone screens: residents signing themselves up with
a building code or a request, and the invite-only path property managers and operators
follow from the admin's /admin/invites screen to their own home screen. Start
here, then hand over the role guide below.
Resident The whole resident path, screen by screen: the invite, the building code, claiming a unit, creating a login, and what happens to a bag on collection day. Shown as phone screens — hand this to a building.
Operator The driver's day on the truck. The schedule-driven route list, the one stop screen in all four capture modes, skips and reasons, and recording the drop-off that puts a destination on every building's report.
Admin Standing up a building end to end — zone, property enrollment, the join code, sticker sheets, staff invites — then the four screens you check afterwards and what the score settings actually change.
Hub worker The Resource Hub side. Working the intake queue, grading contamination, weighing each material on its own, and what one submit actually writes. Shown as phone screens.
Property manager The one page a property-manager login opens: pounds diverted month by month, what the material was, which facility took it, and how to read the numbers honestly. Hand this to a building's manager.
Admin Program manager The site directory. Onboarding a compost-collection site, bins on site vs bins in service, QR labels, pausing for the season, archiving.
Operator How a driver runs the compost day — today's sites, fullness per bin, skips and reasons, the "on the way" text to the drop-off. No start/end run button.
Admin Program manager Pulling a report, what the August 2026 migration moved, and why some numbers differ from Tia's master spreadsheet. This is the one to read before answering a question about a number.
Program manager Admin
The /program login — what a program manager can reach and what they can't,
the drop-off variance column, and the destination settings that make it mean something.
/operator/compost/<id> and /operator/pickup/<id>),
which are deprecated and shouldn’t grow new behaviour, and the
compost reconcile tool at /admin/compost/reconcile, which is
maintenance rather than a daily screen. The in-app Assistant is grounded on the guides in
this folder, so it can’t answer questions about those either.
